Depending on your tastes, you can choose to eat in one of these establishments or a range of others. Here at Towards Travel writings, we will tell you about the Caribbean restaurants near me to visit in the next 5 years.

Miss Lily’s

Island-inspired cocktails are served in this cheerful, beach-shack-style space. It’s the ideal location for a laid-back date. The food is equally delicious, and you’ll be pleasantly surprised by how much time you spend at Miss Lily’s. Guests will find comfortable seating, beach-shack-style tables, and friendly staff. The menu at Miss Lily’s takes its inspiration from the many traditions of Jamaican cuisine. From jerk chicken to curried goat and escovitch fish, the restaurant reflects the diverse heritage of the island’s cuisine. Dishes are available for vegetarians, meat lovers, and the gluten-free crowd.

Chef de Cuisine Kahari Woolcock and Culinary Director Andre Fowles, both Jamaican natives, are in charge of Miss Lily’s restaurant’s culinary staff. Kahari has experience in the kitchen of the award-winning Rockhouse in Negril. Chef Andre, meanwhile, has won multiple Food Network Chopped competitions. He joined Miss Lily’s in 2014 as the Chef de Cuisine at its East Village location, and he continues to work closely with the Miss Lily’s brand and the sister Skylark Negril Beach Resort in Jamaica.

A vibrant Caribbean restaurant in the heart of SoHo, Miss Lily’s is located on West Houston Street and features an extensive menu of Caribbean food. The eatery offers a late-night menu in addition to lunch, supper, and weekend brunch. The décor is reminiscent of 80s Jamaican diners. The restaurant’s facade also recaptures the vintage look of bodega storefronts.

Irie Mon Cafe

Irie Mon is a Jamaican restaurant serving various popular Jamaican dishes. They use Jamaican herbs and spices to create authentic Jamaican dishes. Typical dishes include curried goat, oxtail, rice and peas, and brown stew chicken. Other popular dishes include Jamaican Rum Cake (made with Christmas cake), sweet potato pudding, and jerk chicken.

Irie Mon’s food is authentically Jamaican and made with herbs and spices imported directly from the island. Popular dishes include Jerk chicken, curried goat, brown stew chicken, rice and peas, plantains, and Jamaican rum cake. Desserts include Jamaican banana pudding, sweet potato pudding, and coconut pudding. Atlanta is a multicultural city where various ethnicities and cuisines may be found. There are several Caribbean restaurants in the Atlanta area. Many of these are managed by individuals with ties to the Caribbean islands. Vegetarian choices are available at some of these establishments.

Caracas Arepa Bar

This summer, check out the new outpost of the mini-chain Venezuelan Corn Cakes Café, which serves frozen sangria and Venezuelan corn cakes. This is the kind of place you go if you want to experience Venezuelan cuisine, but without having to leave the city. The restaurant is an excellent choice for a cheap dinner. You can also order fried or grilled arepas if you want. You can even reserve a table for a group of five or more people.

The Caracas Arepa Bar is a popular food and drink destination in the East Village. It was opened in 2003 and is known for serving authentic Venezuelan cuisine. The bar also features a rum bar and perfectly crafted cocktails. Maribel Araujo, a Venezuelan native, opened this Caribbean restaurant in New York City in 2003. She met Aristides at a combined arepa joint in Caracas, and the two married soon after. Since then, the restaurant has expanded its menu, incorporated a deck, and expanded takeout service.

Puerto Viejo

The beach town of Puerto Viejo, Costa Rica, is ideal for your vacation. With a vibrant Caribbean culture, it is infused with references to the Rastafari faith and Reggae music. The town’s climate is ideal for vacationers who enjoy a slower pace. The town has an array of activities for visitors of all ages.

Bread and Chocolate cafe is a Puerto Viejo landmark, a favourite among tourists and locals alike. It features fresh baked goods and a raised deck off the main road. The atmosphere is cosy and intimate. You’ll find a full menu here and a coffee bar with individual French presses. You can enjoy breakfast, lunch, and dinner at this beachside location. It’s an open-air venue that evokes a tropical oasis. The cuisine here features local dishes as well as fusion creations. Try the fresh green coconut with rum. Then, try some of the island’s famous Pipa Loca, spiked with rum and garnished with an exotic flower.

Caribbean Restaurants Near Me

Cafe Rico is another great place to enjoy a meal. This cafe is popular with locals and has excellent coffee. It also offers good service and features a laundry service. You’ll also find Cafe Britt and Café Rico. You can enjoy a relaxing meal here without rushing. Puerto Viejo is home to many beautiful beaches. There are numerous surf beaches here. The most significant wave in Puerto Viejo is the Salsa Brava, considered one of the world’s best waves. There are also plenty of surfing beaches nearby, such as Playa Cocles and Playa Negra.
